Introduction to Tai Chi and Qigong


This 10 session introductory workshop is designed for anyone interested in
learning about Tai Chi and Qigong and no prior experience is required. We
will cover introductory movements, breathing, health benefits, and fundamental principles. Each 1 hour session will build on the previous one and participants will learn a sequenced set of Tai Chi movements.This workshop is an ideal way to discover these gentle health practices.
